What is Game Logic?

Game Logic is a DayZ server admin tool and management platform: an admin panel with an RCON console, live player tracker, kill feed, ban management, server logs and server statistics for DayZ Standalone servers. Register, configure and monitor your servers from one web dashboard.

Can I use GLMetrics on a monetized server?

Yes - IF provided the server operates in full compliance with the Bohemia Interactive DayZ EULA. Commercial resale, redistribution, or integration into paid products is strictly prohibited.

Will the server crash if I forget to set the serverUUID?

No. The server will start normally without a configured serverUUID. It is safe to perform the initial boot before pasting your serverUUID into Config.json.

Is GLMetrics compatible with my other mods?

GLMetrics is designed to be compatible with the majority of DayZ server-side mods. Due to variability across configurations and load orders, compatibility cannot be universally guaranteed — please test in a staging environment first.

Do I need to restart the server to change settings?

No. GLMetrics settings are adjusted live through the Game Logic web application. Configuration changes take effect in real time, minimising downtime.

Where is gameplay data stored?

Data is partly retained locally on the server under profile/GLMetrics/Logs and mpmissions/.../storage_1/GLMetrics, and securely transmitted to the Game Logic REST API for use in the web application.

Is Game Logic a DayZ RCON tool?

Yes. The web app includes a full RCON console for DayZ Standalone servers: kick, ban, message, restart and raw RCON commands from the browser, plus scheduled and event-triggered commands. No desktop RCON tool or SSH session is needed.

Can I read my DayZ server logs in Game Logic?

Yes. Server logs, RCON logs, chat logs, the kill feed and a full audit log are collected by the GLMetrics server mod and shown in the dashboard as searchable, filterable views — no need to open raw log files on the host.

What DayZ server stats and player stats are tracked?

Per player: kills, deaths, K/D, hit zones, longest shots, playtime, distance travelled and rankings. Per server: online players, peak population, uptime, restarts, FPS and a live kill feed. Server owners can also opt in to publish selected server statistics on a public stats page.

Does Game Logic send Discord notifications?

Yes. Kill feed events, player connects and disconnects, server status changes and moderation actions can be broadcast to your Discord channels through webhooks, as plain text or rich embeds.
